In order to improve the landscape design and create optimal conditions for the growth and development of plants, cleaning and landscaping activities were carried out at the entrance complex of the Garden, in which specialists from the Central Botanical Garden took part. During the clean-up day, ornamental plants such as callistemon, magnolia, phytosporum, viburnum and others were pruned. The soil around the base of the conifers was loosened, and the ornamental plants, arranged in a special design, were watered. Compost was also added to strengthen and develop the root system of plants such as Japanese honeysuckle, obelia, cherry laurel, and toothed photinia. Additionally, Leyland cypresses were trimmed to shape a neat hedge. It should be noted that cleaning and improvement activities will be continued systematically and regularly.
